Join the Team!
The Ye group currently has multiple openings for postdocs, graduate students, and undergraduates. Through guided mentorship, early-career researchers in my group will develop strong expertise in inorganic and organic synthesis, and gain experience with advanced spectroscopic techniques. Our work will integrate concepts across bioinorganic chemistry, organometallic chemistry, physical inorganic chemistry, and materials science, driving interdisciplinary discoveries.
Graduate students: We are always looking for enthusiastic graduate students to join the team! Prospective graduate students should apply to the Vanderbilt Chemistry Graduate Program.
Undergraduate students: Undergraduates looking to conduct research in the group should contact Mengshan via email.
Postdoctoral researcher: Prospective postdoctoral candidates with a background in synthetic inorganic chemistry, lanthanide chemistry, or physical inorganic chemistry are encouraged to apply. Please email your CV and the contact information for two references to Mengshan.
